“She lovingly staged our vacant house, on an extremely tight time-line, and it was so stunning, I was tempted to move back in.  After languishing on the market, our house sold very, very quickly when she was done staging it, even though it was November, and the number of showings had dropped way down due to the time of year.  All the feedback we got after staging was positive, not so much before staging.  I cannot tell you how grateful we are to her, and I would advise anyone interested in staging their home to check out Bear and Bee Staging- and if you just want to live in a home that feels and looks beautiful even if you’re not planning on moving, Brittany can help you with that, too!  She is kind and thoughtful, completely reliable, communicative and so extremely talented, I cannot recommend her highly enough.”

“I was thrilled with the work Britt did getting our house prepared to sell.  Our house had never looked so good! She quickly decluttered, worked with what we had and brought in a few special elements that brought rooms together. She is a pleasure to work with, I recommend her wholeheartedly. I wish she could have moved with us and helped set up the new place.”

“I have bought and sold several houses over the past 25 years and never used a stager before, so I was pretty comfortable that I could do it myself and knew what to do. My realtor suggested at least speaking with Brittany at Bear and Bee to see if they might be able to help a bit. I was skeptical, but after the first conversation, it was pretty clear that she knows her business and could add immediate value.

She suggested lighting changes, best color matches, furniture flow, helped pick which furniture to leave and which to store/donate. She helped stage the house for showings and our open house with a mix of my stuff and theirs. The transformation is amazing and I would definitely not have accomplished that on my own. From an investment perspective, the fee was more than re-paid in a couple of ways. First, I received 3 offers all above asking price on the first day of sale and was able to have buyers compete and ended up selling for 5% over original asking price. Second, I didn’t have to agonize over what to leave, change or take, Brittany was very good with advice and letting me know what would be most appealing and what would not work. Third, she and my realtor (plus my my fiancee’) as a team knew what would work best and provided advice and coaching and pushed me where appropriate and let it go on things I felt strongly about. It was a completely positive experience and I wholeheartedly recommend Bear and Bee Home Staging.”

“Your staging at Meredith’s house is amazing! Thank you for helping her out so much. The house shows so much better after all that you’ve done.”

I was referred to Bear & Bee Staging while looking for someone to stage our vacant house in preparation for sale. Brittany came out and did a full consultation. She was very thorough in talking through her vision for the furniture layout, and I was impressed as she called out specific details of the home that she wanted to accentuate or use as inspiration for the items she’d bring in. She was also able to find hooks for our picture molding so we could show that off as well.

When she brought in the furniture, I couldn’t believe the way it transformed our already beautiful space. She did more than just stage – she brought in a warmth and “homeyness” that made you want to take a seat and hang out for awhile. As a result, the folks who came to look at the house were able to linger inside for longer, and our home ended up with multiple offers. Brittany and her team were excellent to work with – she was a great communicator, and showed up on time for our appointments. I would highly recommend her and plan to have her stage for us again in the future.
